Named for our grandmother, Celia

A few years ago our family bet on a dream: Victor traded a construction job for an oven, and Celia's Bakery opened its doors in Hull. We named it for our grandmother Celia — for her warm, welcoming spirit.

These days you'll find the family here before sunrise, filling the cases and greeting everyone who wanders in. There's no sit-down area — just good bread, friendly faces, and a little conversation across the counter.
